During the first part of the workshop Bill Meisel will provide an intuitive comparison of differing technical approaches, with a focus on helping a company understand their options, ranging from fairly deep involvement in the process to simply specifying goals to professional service teams or consultants. This material is based on a recently published, comprehensive research report by Meisel including discussions of more than 270 vendors that can either provide a complete intelligent-assistant solution or a component thereof.
