Erik is a Sr. Product Manager at Interactions, a leading Intelligent Virtual Assistant company focused on helping brands engage and serve customers with advanced AI technologies. Erik is responsible for the company’s Omnichannel/Digital Platform product. Before Interactions, Erik held various VP and Director level roles at Charles Schwab, NUVI, LifeLock in Product Management/Development, Business Intelligence, Strategy, Operations, & Customer Experience. Erik was a key member of the leadership that took LifeLock public. His product development experience ranges from building large-scale enterprise data products that generated more than 100 million a year to smaller social and marketing analytics products that generated more than 10 million in revenue in their first six months. Erik has a Masters Degrees in Information Systems from Brigham Young University, and is a frequent advisor to startups on topics such as growth strategy, product management, agile/scrum, and leadership development.
