Scot Whigham is the Director of Global IT Services and Support for Intercontinental Hotel Group. He has worked in IT Operations since 1998 managing IT Service Desk Support, Network/Telecommunications, database administration, software development, and data center operations. His current focus is on technology organizational strategy, digital workforce technology, and operational excellence through data analytics.
Mr. Whigham and his team at the Intercontinental Hotel Group has recently won the Technology Association of Georgia’s 2017 Most Creative Solution and Product Launch of the Year awards for their cognitive technology platform strategy and deployment.
Scot earned an MBA from The Georgia Institute of Technology focused on strategy and analytics. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, ITIL Practitioner, and was named Intercontinental Hotel Group CIO’s 2016 Carpe Diem award winner.
